Two-Toed Sloth —

October 19, 2012
by

I don’t know about you, but this has been a very draining week for me as weeks go: the buildup to the debate, and then the payoff; the blog drama, which is fairly rare ’round these parts (we have our moments, but they’re few and far between); a mucous-y vomit-y thing going on in our family; and the week from hell at work with Thursday being particularly stressful. Today, I took the day off to escort my daughter to her class field trip at the pumpkin patch, and I wasn’t able to complete a substantive post before now.

So consider this post like a free space on a bingo card: it has no inherent value on its own, but completes the necessary pattern and provides a much-needed respite for yours truly.

I apologize for this disappointing bit of content, but I assure you we shall return Monday fresh as can be.

Sloths happen to be adorable! No worries and hope the mucous thing clears up!

Sloth’s are terrible, horrible, hideous creatures. A sloth killed my father.

      Peace,

I ❤ sloths! so cute! Glad you are wise enough to take a self-care day! Very nice way of modeling good mental health practice! No apology necessary!

Sometimes you just have to. Drama drains me. Thanks Duckie.

Oops, that’s what I get for not having an automatic signature.

        Peace,
